Fatalism

The Name
At the time that I was thinking of new names, I was reading a book by Ted Dekker. I think it was "Black". As I was reading, I came across a part where there was a battle, and the word fatalism popped up. I fell in love with it immediately so it stuck.

History
It all started with one of those amazing, icon-y, glittery Piczo sites. Didn't we all start like that? Anyway, so I had about 4(?) Piczo sites. The first one was boys-suck-totally-dude. That was brutal! Glitter and icons sprawled out everywhere. Haha. I made a new site, and I called it bailsters4ever. That one was a bit better and I used black and white photos with random text links. It was still very unprofessional. Around this time, I started discovering sites like sweet-song-16, --recklessemotion, and vejc. These sites started to inspire me, so I started creating layouts. Not actual ones - practically just random pictures and I added words. I made a site that I dedicated to visitors, but it didn't turn out so well. It was called small-town-love. At the time, I still had bailsters4ever, and I decided I needed a change. I changed the name of B4E to xxretro-empathyxx. I started putting all of my stuff on there. I started gaining more hits. I decided to make a new site, and I called it -violentpose. By this time, I actually was into webdesign and put effort into what I did. I tried Freewebs after that, but I didn't like it. I applied for hosting at a few places, and after never getting responses, Ellen-Ann of dont-talk.org accepted me. I tried really hard to get that site up, yet I had absolutely no idea whatsoever what I was doing. She had to close a few days later because her domain was going to expire. So for about four more months, I used Piczo. I stumbled upon Vicky's site, which at the time was Emergencybox. She helped me so much and I finally knew what I was doing. Hence, reclusion was born. I loved reclusion so much. I worked super hard on it. A few months later, some idiots thought it would be funny to bug Vicky on her domain. Well, she made the decision to buy a new domain, and most of us hostees moved with her. Therefore, FATALISM was born!
